This act enables homemade food production without the stricter regulations that come with a Cottage Food License or a Commercial License. Businesses that operate under this act do so without State or Local inspections.

At Kim's Bake Shoppe, we pride ourselves on our clean working environment and hold food safety to the highest standard.

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles milk and eggs.
